Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our dynamic team in North Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.
**About the Role:**
- Manage all client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including document preparation and filing.
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a well-equipped workplace.
- Coordinate training and development programs for engineers, ensuring they have access to the resources needed for their professional growth.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including phone screening candidates, organising interviews, and managing recruitment administration tasks.
- Handle bookkeeping duties using MYOB, including payroll processing, onboarding new staff, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and reconciliations.
**What You'll Get:**
- An attractive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in an office manager/coordinator position.
- Previous experience with basic accounting tasks.
- Desirable: previous experience with MYOB.
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
- Determination to succeed and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
