Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in providing prompt and courteous service to our valued customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and update retail displays, ensuring they are always visually appealing and effectively merchandised.
You will also be responsible for marketing and selling products to customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding business targets. This will involve developing new customer relationships and maintaining strong ties with existing ones.
In addition, you will coordinate the supply of products to customers, respond efficiently to all customer enquiries, and generate sales invoices and process credit returns.
This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime. You will work in a clean workshop environment with excellent employee facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior experience in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with product specifications
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work effectively in a team environment
