Role Overview

As a Print and Fabric Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of print projects from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and processing digital files for printing, collaborating with internal teams to optimize print files, operating and maintaining advanced fabric printers, and ensuring consistency, color accuracy, and overall print quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Production: Prepare and process digital files for printing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Printing Operations: Operate and maintain our advanced fabric printer and Zund Cutter.
  • Post-Production: Monitor print runs to guarantee consistency, color accuracy, and overall print quality, conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of production to meet or exceed client expectations, and oversee finishing processes, such as sewing, finishing, and packaging.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the printing process.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital file preparation and optimization, experience with fabric printers and cutting equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
