Due to a significant growth strategy, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Customer Service Coordinator in our Nowra Branch.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sales Representatives to provide administrative support and coordination of building plans interpretation. You will be responsible for accurately entering data into quotation systems, ensuring timely service delivery to our valued customers.

About You:

  • Possess previous work experience in a customer-facing position within the building industry.
  • Have knowledge of building industry codes and quoting systems, although full training will be provided.
  • Be able to thrive in diverse environments, both as part of a team and independently.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Be flexible and adapt to business needs when priorities shift.
