Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping Team as a Room Attendant at PULLMAN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, tidy, and immaculately presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and clean assigned guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring that rooms are perfectly presented to hotel standards.
  • Report any maintenance or repair requirements and missing items as per procedure.
  • Maintain store rooms and trolleys in a neat and organized manner, ensuring that they are stocked and in good working order.
  • Perform deep cleaning duties as required, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Follow correct procedures for handling lost property items.
  • Handle all amenities, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with WHS standards.
  • Assist with other duties in the housekeeping department as required.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential – we offer supportive training and development opportunities.
