As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Processing large volumes of stock and maintaining a well-organized store environment
  • Assisting with click and dispatch orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
