Key Responsibilities- Empower Residential Managers to achieve their KPIs and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Build successful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regional and remote communities
- Provide strong leadership and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across our remote teams
- Lead through change, coaching and developing teams to drive continuous improvement
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, financial management expertise, and business planning skills
- Fully maintained company vehicle and paid travel across stunning WA regions
- Opportunity for regular travel across WA to the Great Southern, Mid-West, Wheatbelt, and Kimberley regions
- 5 weeks annual leave per year
- Salary packaging of up to $18,500 p/a tax-free
- Relocation allowance if moving interstate*T&Cs apply
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services, business management, or a related health discipline
- Proven operational management experience in aged care, health, or human services
- Exceptional skills in building relationships with regional and remote communities
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams, including registered health professionals
- A strong track record of performance management and achieving results in a changing environment
