Job Role: Skate Coach

Skilled skate coaches are required to lead and supervise skateboarding sessions for kids and young people, ensuring their safety at all times.

The role involves providing tailored instruction and progression support for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
  • Lead and supervise group skate sessions with children.
  • Provide guidance on skate safety and technique.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a coach or instructor in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and levels.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (mandatory).
  • Full Driver's Licence required.
