About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Milperra branch. This is an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and fast-track your career into account management and asset valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter asset information into the system, photograph, and detail assets
  • Active involvement in gatehouse processes, including allocating asset numbers and Chain of Responsibility overview and training
  • Complete forklift competency training and relocate salvage vehicles and pallets
  • Travel between Pickles Belmore Trucks & Machinery and/or onsite auction operations
Other Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, buyers, and vendors
  • Run and review key operational PAS reports
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Keen interest in auction operations
  • Looking to develop a long-term career with Pickles
  • Current and valid drivers' license (essential)
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to use a computer and an iPad
