About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Coordinator to join our team at LiveBig. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers, stakeholders, community organisations, clients, and their families/carers to access and promote LiveBig allied health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos, and networking opportunities to promote the business
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to maintain existing referral pathways and develop new referral pathways to ensure clinical caseloads meet targets
  • Respond to enquiries and conduct initial assessments and intake processes for new clients
  • Gather and document relevant client information, including therapy needs, and goals, ensuring all required documents and consent forms are provided to the client
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector

About You
  • Qualifications in a relevant human services discipline
  • Knowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS, and community sector
  • Knowledge of community engagement and community development principles
  • Works well autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Works flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced dynamic and outcomes-focused team environment
  • Highly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
  • Fun We want passion and excitement for the meaningful work we do
  • Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver's licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check
