Dedicated Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role offers an opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, supporting veterinary customers in delivering market leading diagnostic solutions.
As the primary point of contact, this position is critical in ensuring customers receive premium support.
Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving enquiries, updating and tracking customer information, and providing feedback to enhance business initiatives.
You will also receive comprehensive training in diagnostic solutions and products.
This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements, including on-site, remote or hybrid options.
We are looking for applicants with outstanding communication skills, particularly telephone communication.
Aptitude to learn, use initiative, and work self-motivated while collaborating within a team environment is essential.
You will possess high computer literacy and be able to demonstrate sound problem-solving skills.
An understanding of the veterinary environment or scientific diagnostic services is desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided.
