We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Oncology Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our commercial operations, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative oncology treatments to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our oncology products to healthcare providers within an assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize opportunities to create value for our stakeholders and for Roche
- Build strong, long-term relationships with oncologists and other healthcare professionals
- Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentation meetings, clinic luncheons, and participation in industry events
- 3+ years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity, with a proven track record in oncology (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the oncology landscape, including key therapeutic areas, treatments, and clinical data
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (desirable)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a competitive marketplace
