House Operations Attendant Role

We are seeking a diligent House Operations Attendant to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

You will work closely with various departments to achieve an organized and cohesive approach towards daily operations. This includes liaising with the events team, assisting with functions, and delivering linen and towels to accommodation rooms.

In addition to housekeeping duties, you will also be responsible for managing the stores, including ordering stock, rotating perishable items, and ensuring delivery without spillage or damage.

This is a part-time role offering 30-35 hours per week, requiring availability to work shifts during the week and on weekends. Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role within a quality hotel environment is essential.

  • Carry out thorough cleaning of public areas, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborate with departments.
  • Effectively manage the stores, including ordering stock, rotating perishable items, and ensuring delivery without spillage or damage.
  • Provide support with events, functions, and bump-in/bump-out procedures.
