About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Administrator to join our team at a specialist private practice clinic in Western Sydney. As a key member of our front-line support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and reception services to our patients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective front-line administrative and reception support to the clinic
  • Deliver exceptional, caring, and intuitive customer service to patients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the office space and consulting rooms are cleaned and maintained to branding standards
  • Manage clinic appointments, track patient records, and collect and record clinical data
  • Perform billing and cash handling duties
Requirements
  • Experience working in a medical administration capacity
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Availability to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
