Home Care Support Specialist on the Gold Coast

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team at KinCare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, offering guaranteed hours and shifts in Burleigh Heads. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, and providing social support and access to lifestyle activities.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that cater to their individual requirements.
Requirements- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
- Availability to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
- Guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part time employee.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
