About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Eden Academy in Glenelg. As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and leading a Kindergarten program that prepares children for school and empowers them as independent learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging Kindergarten programs that cater to the needs of 118 children
  • Lead a team of educators and provide support and guidance to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
  • Experience in delivering Kindergarten programs
