Remote Healthcare Opportunity:

Our clinic in Middlemount QLD is seeking a General Practitioner to provide medical care to patients from young families and visiting farmers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess strong clinical judgment.

As a General Practitioner in our clinic, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Vocationally registered General Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
