Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubbo or Orange. The successful candidate will create project schedules, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Direct daily administration to the MPM projects team and work programs.
- Manage purchasing processes, including creation and closure of purchase orders, invoice processing, reporting on invoice variations, and resolving disputes with contractors.
- Create and distribute documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support Planning Manager in tasks that control the tracking of successful project planning, deliverables and QA outcomes
- Review all finances, collaborating with the Project Manager to manage end-of-month processes and reporting.
- Experience within Project Coordination/Administration/ Controlling.
- Computer proficient and able to pick up new systems/software's.
- Understanding of purchasing and accrual processes.
- Ability to prioritise and meet short deadlines.
