About the Role

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is seeking a Relief Pathology Specimen Collector to join our team in the Rockhampton Area. As a Relief Pathology Specimen Collector, you will be responsible for taking blood samples from patients and maintaining positive relationships with external clients, GP's, and Medical Centre staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing quality care for our patients in hospital;
  • Treating our patients with care and compassion;
  • Receiving urine and faeces samples;
  • Recording patient information;
  • Completing online training via our eLearning training system; and
  • Liaising with referrers and ancillary services in a hospital setting.

About You

We are looking for a people-focused individual with a background in customer service, retail, front-end reception, or any customer-facing position. You will have a commitment to service excellence with good interpersonal and liaison skills. If you do not have a current First Aid Certificate, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology will assist successful applicants to obtain.
