Job Summary

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the face of our organisation, delivering exceptional customer service to patients, referrers, and the community. You will work closely with our team to provide efficient and effective support for our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional communication with patients and referrers via phone calls and correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Utilise our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage to manage appointments efficiently.
  • Appointment Management: Ensure seamless patient flow by coordinating scheduling and appointment management tasks.
  • Referral Management: Process patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams accurately and efficiently.
  • Patient Preparation: Clearly communicate with patients regarding preparation, costing estimates, and other requirements.
