Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve Food: Slice meats and cheeses for package sale and for use in assembled products, assemble party trays, meals, pizzas, and salads, and skewer and cook chickens and ribs in commercial rotisserie ovens.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas, and restock and assemble large boxes of ingredients and supplies in the prep area.
  • Operate Equipment: Use commercial slicers, scales, and wrapping machines to prepare and package food products.
  • Monitor and Control Inventory: Count product on hand, figure production needs, and document production on daily forms.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings and evening shifts.
  • Teamwork: Assist other areas in the department as necessary and support front-end duties as required.
