We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Coach to join our team and play a key role in the development of our Stroke Development Squad program.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for swimming and be committed to delivering high-quality training programs to swimmers of all ages and abilities.

The position involves working with children and adults living with a disability to develop their technique across all four competitive strokes and teach swim squad training principles and lane etiquette.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work with people with disabilities.

A recognised coaching or swim teaching qualification is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of swim training programs to swimmers
  • Liaising with other coaches in developing swim training programs
  • Liaising with parents/carers of squad members
  • Attending pool and open water swim meets when required
