Job Description

We are seeking a Level 1 Cloud Operations Support and Service Desk resource to join our team. In this role, you will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, high-stakes systems vital to national security. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to provide an outstanding experience by helping to capture demand for incident resolution and service requests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Adequately assessing customer tickets and resolving them in line with Vault processes.
  • Systematically observing services and service components and recording and reporting selected changes of state identified as events and resolved as required.
  • Ensuring that services achieve the agreed and expected levels of performance.
  • Fulfilling services requests and administration of cloud operations, including access management and networking.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least one year of experience in Service Desk, NOC, EOC, or Technical Support.
  • A background in Linux environment administration.
  • Infrastructure & Networking exposure in a similar role.
  • Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster.
  • Experience in Operational Environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
