Job Description

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and leading procurement strategies to deliver cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality sourcing outcomes across the organisation. This role ensures procurement practices align with business objectives, drive supplier performance, mitigate risks and achieve value-for-money outcomes while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for negotiating high-value and complex contracts with suppliers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, monitoring supplier performance against KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), managing risk, compliance and ethical sourcing practices within the supply chain, leading, coaching and developing the procurement team to deliver high performance, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, and providing strategic direction and support for major procurement projects.
