We are seeking a Senior Financial Professional to join our growing team. To qualify for this role, a minimum of 4 years of Australian Taxation experience in a Public Practice firm is required.

What we are offering:

  • Salary between $80,000 and $100,000 + Super.
  • Bonus structure.
  • Permanent remote work arrangement anywhere in Australia (after 2 months of training in our VIC office).
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Equipment provided for remote work setup.

Your Role:

As the Senior Financial Professional, you will be responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities, including preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements, and delivering associated quality, professional accounting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of Xero.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks and MYOB is also desirable.
  • Attend monthly company training and taxation training.
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
  • Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
  • Knowledge of FBT, Small business Concessions, Non-Commercial Loss Rules, Div7A.
  • Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
  • Individuals
  • Sole traders
  • Partnerships
  • Companies
  • Trusts
