Key Responsibilities- Assist the Fruit and Veg Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fruit and Veg Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and stock levels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
