Pharmacist Manager

Raven's Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our rural pharmacy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community pharmacy, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

• Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists, dispensary staff, and retail staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, providing professional advice and counseling to customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and increase revenue.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, board guidelines, and dispensing standards.

• General Registration: General registration with APHRA is required.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role or as a Pharmacist in Charge in an Australian community pharmacy setting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer relationship skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Z dispense computer system and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
