Early Childhood Performance and Planning Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Performance and Planning Specialist.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team that supports Early Childhood providers and services in areas of development, planning, and implementation.
You will work closely with a diverse range of early childhood stakeholders, including early childhood providers, managers, local governments, and other key partners. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and implementing early childhood services, programs, and systems in line with policy objectives, supporting continuous improvement, and managing risks and issues as they arise.

Deliver high-quality education and early childhood services responsive to local needs
Improve early childhood service outcomes and performance across the region
Provide coordination and oversight of the delivery of services that support the health, wellbeing, and engagement of children and young people to enable them to learn and develop to their full potential
