Vehicle Detailer Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles, which is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience.

About the Job
  • Detailing and cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors
  • Refueling gas tanks and checking fluid levels and tire conditions
  • Assessing vehicles for potential damage and reporting it according to established procedures
Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly regarded
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems used for managing bookings and rental information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
