Cancer Operations Manager

The Alfred Cancer Program is a leading provider of comprehensive cancer care services across Melbourne and the state of Victoria.
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective services across the program.
- Operational leadership and day-to-day management of cancer services
- Oversight of quality and patient safety initiatives
- Financial control and achievement of performance targets
- Strategic planning and workforce development
- Provide operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funding
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Registration as a clinician with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Tertiary qualification in healthcare and postgraduate qualification in health or business management
- Proven experience in operational and strategic planning, financial management, and service improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence across diverse stakeholder groups
