Support Individuals with Disabilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing direct support, personal care, and personal development to our customers. You will assist them in being actively involved in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct support and personal care to individuals with disabilities
- Assist individuals in being actively involved in their local community
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including manual handling tasks
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Ability to work flexible hours between 6am-8pm and weekend shifts
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
- Willingness to provide a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
