  • Collaborate with our dentists to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality treatment outcomes
  • Manage the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient confidentiality
Requirements
  • Extensive background in the dental field, with experience in practice management or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, dentists, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in dental software (OASIS) an advantage
