Customer Service Representative Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced coffee environment. As a skilled and motivated barista, you will serve great coffee and make our customers feel welcome.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality coffee drinks and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the store for the day
Requirements:
  • Essential experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals

This is a casual position, requiring availability on weekdays and weekends (approximately 20-25 hours per week). We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development.
