We are seeking experienced casual educators to join our team and contribute to the delivery of quality education services in community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver education practices that cater to diverse learner needs, promoting effective learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and select relevant teaching resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and training packages.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement and supports diverse learner cohorts.
- Work collaboratively with learners to enhance their employability and life skills, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
- Implement our Educational Excellence Framework across all teaching practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualifications meeting the Standards for RTOs 2015.
- Vocational qualifications at AQF level 5 aligned with the required teaching level.
- Demonstrated vocational currency through relevant work experience and industry connections.
- Registration with professional bodies as necessary.
- A record of vocational competency mapped to relevant Units of Competency.
- A record of professional currency showcasing current industry and teaching expertise.
