Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced risk and compliance leader to oversee our firm-wide risk and compliance agenda across multiple jurisdictions.

This role suits a commercially minded individual who can critically assess policies and processes, advise on investment and mandate compliance, and build a disciplined framework that enables growth.

  • Strategic Advisory: Advise the business on risk appetite, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Risk & Compliance Frameworks: Develop and implement fit-for-purpose policies, procedures, and systems to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across all business units.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor change, oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and fraud frameworks.
  • Investment/Mandate Compliance: Monitor activities versus internal policies and fund/mandate requirements; guide investment teams on risk mitigants.
  • Reporting: Oversee reporting to stakeholders on exposures, incidents, and remediation.
  • Culture & Leadership: Champion a strong risk and compliance culture, lead and develop the Risk & Compliance team, and keep the organization ahead of sector standards.
