Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced gymnastics coach to lead our classes and training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing constructive feedback and support, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and goals.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to help athletes improve their techniques and skills.
  • Maintain a safe and positive training environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding athlete progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and young adults of varying ages and abilities.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Gymnastics coaching certification.
