We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team in the North-West of Australia. The successful candidate will have experience working on fixed plant and equipment, fabrication, chute repairs, structural integrity, oxy cutting and 3G/4G flux core and stick welding.
About the Role- This is an opportunity to work with a leading multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services company.
- As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including fabrication, mechanical maintenance, and repair work.
- You will work closely with other tradespeople and supervisors to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Fabrication: You will be required to fabricate metal components using various techniques such as welding, cutting and bending.
- Mechanical Maintenance: You will perform routine maintenance tasks on fixed plant and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating and repairing machinery.
- Repair Work: You will carry out repairs to damaged or worn-out equipment, using skills such as oxy cutting, grinding and welding.
- Structural Integrity: You will inspect and repair structures to ensure they are safe and secure.
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Boilermaking/Welding.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the resources or infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant metal fabrication processes.
- Experience in use of required equipment such as hand tools, cutting torches and metal cutting machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret project technical information such as drawings, blueprints, and isometrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- FIFO from Perth or residential positions available.
- Flexibility in roster offering 17-20 days per month.
- Variety of sites, clients and locations.
- Long term, consistent works with future pipeline of projects.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
