As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of our business centres. You will oversee daily centre activities, contribute to growth and success, and help customers enhance their productivity through flexible working.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Reception Manager, you will own customer experience and operations in your assigned centre. You will be the primary point of contact and an integral part of delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide our community with everything they need
- Crafting exceptional experiences at every interaction
- Owning and caring for your assigned centre, ensuring it remains a professional and inspiring work environment
- Driving profitability through sales or additional services and ancillary income
