Warehouse Operator Role

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating high-reach forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to facilitate the storage and retrieval of stock.

You will also be required to receive and dispatch goods, perform manual loading and unloading tasks, and participate in physical labor as needed.

Our ideal candidate is physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to store and retrieve stock.
  • Receive and dispatch goods as required.
  • Perform manual loading and unloading tasks as needed.
  • Participate in physical labor and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid Order Picker (LO) licence.
  • Previous experience operating high-reach forklifts and order pickers.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work safely and unsupervised.
