We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking food to order. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Availability: Availability to work afternoon shifts, weekends and public holidays, as required.
