About the RoleThis role will work closely with school leadership teams to identify and address staff wellbeing needs. Contribute to initiatives that promote health and wellbeing, providing practical advice and support in response to challenging situations.
Promote safe and supportive school environments, ensuring staff feel valued and equipped to thrive. Experience in rural and remote settings is highly regarded.
Responsibilities Include- Consulting with key regional staff to progress staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaising and collaborating with schools and regional teams to provide expert advice on staff wellbeing planning and initiatives.
- Providing regular reports to the Regional Office and Staff Wellbeing team.
- Delivering engaging wellbeing presentations and workshops on staff wellbeing.
- Establishing networks and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Expertise will foster psychosocial wellbeing, including supporting school leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary team to manage issues related to occupational violence and aggression.
Represent the department in various forums on issues relating to health and wellbeing activities and initiatives.
