We require a Medical Laboratory Specialist with extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing expert guidance to help diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a range of laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other bodily fluids to provide accurate diagnoses
- Interpreting test results in the context of patient medical history and symptoms to inform treatment decisions
- Developing and implementing plans to improve laboratory efficiency and accuracy, ensuring high-quality results and minimizing errors
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably in a life science or related field, and hold relevant certifications such as ASCP. Prior experience as a Medical Laboratory Specialist is highly desirable.
