About the Role:
The Busy Group is seeking a skilled Defence Transition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide career coaching and individualized job transition package recommendations to transitioning Australian Defence Force (ADF) members from their military to civilian life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance and support to transitioning ADF members
- Develop and implement individualized job transition plans
- Collaborate with ADF members to identify career goals and aspirations
- Research and recommend training and education pathways
- Work closely with ADF members to provide advice and guidance on upskilling and cross-skilling
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the employment services industry or community services sector
- Cert IV in Career Development or similar
- Minimum 4 years full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years
- Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
- Open drivers license
- Australian Citizenship
