The Role:

We are looking for a sales-focused individual with operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and KPIs, enhancing customer engagement, and developing team members.

As a store manager, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of passionate casual staff. You will work closely with your area manager to identify opportunities for growth within a high-profile space.

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a wide range of fashion and workout wear from influential brands. Our stores feature the latest footwear destinations, including New Balance, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales, KPI, presentation, merchandising, stock, wage, and shrinkage targets
  • Motivate and coach your team to meet sales and KPI goals
  • Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, recognizing successes and addressing gaps
  • Manage wage costs and roster efficiently
  • Coach and mentor staff for high morale and professional growth
Requirements:
  • Over 1 year of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strategic thinking with a proven sales and KPI track record
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience in roster management and wage control
