We are seeking a talented Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team at ORS Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will be working closely with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality services to clients across various settings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions for clients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered plans
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- A car and driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
