As a Cloud Solutions Strategist, you will be responsible for defining a support strategy that aligns with customer outcomes and business goals, making recommendations for AWS service improvements, and evaluating operational performance to provide periodic reviews to customers.
You will also act as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts, working directly with Amazon Web Service engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently. Your ability to clearly articulate and present to small and large audiences will be essential in sharing knowledge and innovating with leading technologists around the world.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in software development and engineering. You should have experience in at least two of the following technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development.
The ideal candidate will have software engineering, SRE, and/or external customer-facing experience, with the ability to clearly articulate and present to small and large audiences. 2+ years of experience in similar roles such as a Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, IT Manager/Engineer or other similar technical roles is preferred.
