Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an all-rounder role within our takeaway store. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in customer service, kitchen operations and store management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard in line with health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and storing deliveries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands
Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fully conversational English
  • Knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) and Vietnamese is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or kitchen operations is preferred but not essential
