Job Summary:

Randstad is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Licensed Truck Driver to join our team in Mackay, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating HR trucks for local deliveries, assisting with hand unloading of goods, and performing forklift duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HR trucks: Safely and efficiently operate HR trucks for local deliveries, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with hand unloading: Assist with hand unloading of goods at delivery sites, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Forklift duties: Perform forklift duties, including loading and unloading pallets, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain delivery logs: Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • HR Truck License: Valid HR Truck License is required for this role.
  • Forklift License: LF Forklift License is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience in a driving or laboring role is essential.
  • Safety and teamwork: Strong commitment to safety and teamwork is required.
  • Physical assessment: Ability to pass a physical assessment is necessary.
  • Drug and alcohol screening: Must successfully complete a drug and alcohol screening.
