At Arc Infrastructure, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions for the management and development of transport infrastructure assets. As an Asset Management Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our railway infrastructure data.

The Role

As a key member of our Asset Reliability team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring data quality and integrity: You'll maintain, interrogate, and drive quality metrics to ensure high standards in our Asset Management Systems.
  • Integrating business and asset data: You'll work with spatial tools to ensure data concurrency across systems, integrating business, asset, and track data to support processes and ensure accurate reporting of network changes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders: You'll work with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Technology, Operations, Works Delivery, and contractors to identify, adopt, or develop innovative, best practice data solutions and architecture for rail asset maintenance.
  • Designing and refining tools and procedures: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine tools and procedures that enhance data collection quality.
  • Conducting quality assurance and data validation: You'll identify areas for enhancement to minimize backlogs and improve data integrity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong integrity and quality assurance skills: You'll have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Administrative skills: You'll have proficiency in Microsoft programs, including PowerBI.
  • Desire to learn and expand skills: You'll be eager to learn and leverage emerging technologies to improve operations.
  • Asset management principles and experience: You'll have a working knowledge of asset management principles and experience in linear asset management, preferably in the rail or similar industry.
  • GIS systems and system management: You'll have experience in managing large datasets and working with GIS systems, such as ESRI.
