About the Role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within the construction industry while completing a Certificate III qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and other systems.
  • Install supports before the installation of pipes, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Identify and locate leaks.
  • Perform cutting, welding, and assembling of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • A thorough inspection and testing of plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
  • Handle customer plumbing requests professionally.
  • Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and electricians to meet plumbing requirements.
  • Review building plans and inspect them to assess material and equipment needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a Current driver's Licence.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card) or be willing to obtain prior to commencing.
  • Completed a Certificate II/ Pre-App in Plumbing (preferred).
